NYC Council Member Op-Ed in Support of LL 97 Tax Credits

The Executive Committee of the President’s Co-op & Condo Council was pleased to read NYC Council Member Justin Brannan’s op-ed in the Daily News in support of Assembly bill 5050, the so-called Parker Braunstein bill. This bill will provide desperately needed tax credits to financially vulnerable Co-ops and Condominiums in their attempts to comply with the Climate Mobilization Act (LL 97) and its’ crushing penalties.
