The Executive Committee is pleased to announce that our fellow member, Michael Devalera, was recently featured in a national article in the Washington Post on climate change and the response of property owners to its challenges. Michael has been working tirelessly on behalf of the Coop community and Dorie Miller in particular in trying to figure out the most cost-effective ways to meet the challenges of reducing the carbon emissions in his Co-op and for buildings in general in New York City.
